Nice Property

The parking is the biggest problem at this property. If you can't find parking where residents are supposed to park, then you have to park in the alleyway. Visitor parking seems to always be full and there are not a lot of spots in the alleyway. Just terrible. Noise from the traffic is bothersome at times and neighbors can be a little loud in the wee hours of the night, especially some pets in the early morning. The walls are thin so you can hear quite a bit. The staff and maintenance are responsive. The amenities are pretty good. The open washer and dryer is a responsibility to all residents but that's not always the case.

improvement needed

This is a great location and the staff was very helpful with finding the right apartment for your needs. However my specific location never has parking because residents have parties frequently that take up residential parking. Random people know the gate code and come in and out as they please that it doesn't even feel like a gated complex anymore. I hope the management provide a solution to the parking situation and more safety options.
