  • We are a pet friendly community at The Neighborhoods at The Sound; however there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment. $250 refundable deposit  $400 non-refundable fee Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet Call the leasing office to receive a full copy of the pet addendum. Pet Perks: We love your furry roommates as much as you do!  That’s why we want to spoil them with access to the dog park at The Sound, as well as use of our Paw Spa, a dedicated room with a pet washing and drying station.  We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.

Best Kept Secret

My wife & I have been living here for going on 3 years. The location, community, maintenance, and of course friendly front office has caused us to call this home. There is always something going on at The Sound, and everything is walking distance! They are also consitently adding to the property, a mew retail center is already under way! We love the inclusion, the walking paths, and peace we are alloted staying here. Until we decide to own a home, this is simply put, HOME!

STAFF IS A PAIN TO WORK WITH AND PETTY

Living here going on 3yrs now. Beautiful apartments and concept but lots of noise. Walls are thin, construction noises. Staff is unhelpful.

staff is hostile. I lost my mom to cancer a few weeks ago and tried to explain this to the male manager, asking home to waive a late fee for not submitting rental insurance on time, he had no empathy and refused. staff parks in assigned parking spots so I am constantly in the office asking them to move their car. don't live on the first floor, you hear every movement nice amenities and location
