We are a pet friendly community at The Neighborhoods at The Sound; however there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment. $250 refundable deposit  $400 non-refundable fee Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Call the leasing office to receive a full copy of the pet addendum. Pet Perks: We love your furry roommates as much as you do!  That’s why we want to spoil them with access to the dog park at The Sound, as well as use of our Paw Spa, a dedicated room with a pet washing and drying station.  We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.

Limited Parking

This is a great complex as far as entertainment, location, amenities, and environment. It saddens me to say that parking could be better. I disagree with reserved parking in a garage. In all weather conditions, limited parking forces the rest of us on the 4th floor to park on top outside. There are so many reserved spots inside and it immediately puts you in a bad mood when getting off from a long day. Parking in a garage should be first come first serve.

Neighbor above me having wild party at 10:00 PM

The neighbor above me is so loud I can't sleep. His music is coming through my ceiling. They are dancing and have been for some time now. The hard pounding their floor so hard it is making the ceiling fixtures in my apartment shake. They hang off the balcony and scream and whistle.

Garage Broke almost everyday

Stuff is broke all the time... have to park out in the street due to the garage door....have to get in from a door that’s furthest from my apt due to key fob readers not working..
