Great Apartments

These apartments are beautiful. Maintenance responds expeditiously. The only thing is when renewing my lease, it jumped up $300.00. Also, I was promised a best thermostat when renewing, but I never got it.

I would not recommend this property

This property would love to be a luxury property but unfortunately the amenities do not live up to luxury expectations. Valet trash service is constantly cancelling pickup days which leaves the halls a smelling mess. The property management company is more interested in raising rent rates than providing amenities that suit the elevated rates. Access gate is always broken and parking policy is constantly changing resulting in residents and their guests' cars being towed. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live.
