Safety as the key access to the doors have been broken for months, there is not enough parking for residents. Staff is great

Haus 2828 is a great place to live!

I think it took a bit for new management to settle in, but I want to say that I really enjoy some of the improvements made to the property. Courtney and Erica hold great appreciation events for all of us which is greatly appreciated. The wonderful maintenance crew is always tip top in cleaning and fixing issues. Courtney has worked with me on solving some issues as well and I appreciate her! The neighbors are great for the most part. It is a young crowd and I am on the other end of that spectrum, but I would say it's a quiet community with lots of dogs! Thanks!

Poor cimmunication

Communication is few and far between. Hard to get a response if a work order gets delayed or not completed even though marked as complete in system

Awesome apartment

I've lived in a one bedroom here for about 3 months now, and I've really loved my time here. The apartment itself is very nice, and the amenities within the apartment are very much appreciated, especially the gas range stove. The location is fantastic, being super close to the action of McKinney street, while generally not being very noisy. My favorite aspect of the apartment is the enormous windows that cover most of the walls facing the streets, and all of the amazing natural light that comes in from them. My one minor complaint is that sometimes I can't find parking in the garage (usually if I come back after 11pm or so), and also the street parking can be difficult to find if I have friends coming over. Overall I've had a great experience. This place might be on the pricier side (for uptown perhaps not) but it definitely strikes me as being worth the full price for what you get!
