Best Staff ever

It has been an amazing experience here at Hawthorne ridge. Very serene and peaceful environment with great amenities and very pleasant neighbors. I have never had any issues in my 3 years living here. The Maintenance team is extremely fast in attending to fixes, and the Leasing team -Teresa, Ms Paola and team are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!

2 Years In...

Not bad... honestly, the only thing I would probably change would be the rent increase for this year... giving people a break, for this year, due to Covid would help increase long-term loyalty and retention...

I really like our Maintenace team. In particularly my maitenace guys. I think his name is Juan and his partner? I rate their service a 10 I want to thank them for their exceptional work. They are alway respectful, courteous, considered and most important wear a face mask, when entering my apartment..

My stay has not been a great experience

The staff has been not personable and after coming out 4 times maintenance has said they fixed my toilet it’s still leaking. I’m left with an 800 dollar water bill and their solution was for me to pay that amount by the end of the month on top of rent. They said I will also be held responsible to pay whatever outrageous bill comes next month because their maintenance keeps telling the staff that they have fixed the leak. The staff also tried to add a charge of almost 200 dollars to my account without any communication, accusing me of stealing doors. When I called them to ask about it they fought with me sternly until they called their boss which told them to stop. This all came to be right after I regrettably signed an extension on my lease. I will endure the time I signed for and am actively looking for a new home because mine no longer feels like one.
