It’s a beautiful quiet area with a price that can’t be beat anywhere else in Bastrop. Pools and fitness centers are always clean! Plus this staff actually cares and throws events for the community here. I gladly call this place home.

We love it here. Been here almost 3 years. The office staff is fabulous. Maintenance is super and very helpful. The meeting facilities are absolutely beautiful and the beautiful pool with the BBQ pit are so nice! We love entertaining friends and family and having parties at the conference room. We can also play foosball and sit next to the gorgeous fireplace. This is HOME for us. The sunrises and sunsets are nice!

All office staff is wonderful. Maintenance is awesome and very helpful. We LOVE IT here! The homes are absolutely beautiful! Amenities are beautiful and top notch. Events are so FUN! Beautiful pool, a great conference room, the play room is so cool! Evening walks are fabulous! The community is nice a quiet. The sunrises and sunsets are outstanding. This is best location in Bastrop, Texas.

Avendale has been my home for almost 3 years, and it has been and continues to be a wonderful place to live. The location is perfect for singles and growing families. The management team (front office and maintenance) is responsive, friendly, and always quick to make sure my needs are met. All my neighbors are respectful, and the community feels safe and welcoming. I am truly happy to call Avendale home and would highly recommend to anyone looking for peaceful living!
