without a pool for YEARS
Love the wildlife and the spacious property, but maintenance is not what it used to be and the main pool and the only one most use has been out of commission for 2 years now and rent was raised. Face lift currently going on with the exterior of the building does nothing for the tenants (other than inconvenience them and limit access to their home and parking for weeks) that have lived here for years with no face lift to the interior unless you move out.
Living at Villages of Bella Vista
This is the second time I lived at this property, the first time it was in Bldg. 13 and it was the original place I lived when I moved here in 2012. I loved it and my roommate, who I consider still part of my family. I moved to another property with up on 2222 with another person and it was a year long nightmare. I set up to move back here at the end of that and found a great roommate on roommate.com (highly recommend) and will complete 5 years soon. I love our apartment, love all the wildlife we can see from our patio, parking for the most part isn't an issue, and the neighbors are mostly pretty quiet and very nice. Management are very communicative and things get fixed pretty quickly. So 5 Stars over all!!
