A work in progress

Location is good, staff, except one person Erica, is amazing. Leticia is amazing, funny and fun to talk too. She has awesome customer service and seems to me a very bright and strong individual. She made my experience better. With anxiety and depression, she made me feel conforted and made my transition when leaving a very positive one. Maintenance was good and positive. The 2 guys there, very respectful. I enjoyed my stay here. Only left because I needed a 4 bedroom plus people who are threat to my family and I, found out where we live. Thank you forever memory and have a blessed day.

Parking Lot

Signature at Franklin Park in Austin, TX parking lot has developed several pot holes, particularly as you drive around and near the leasing center office. Please let the manager and leasing center know that these potholes need to be repaired before they get worse. Thank you.
