Overall enjoyable experience

Apartments are nice although appliances are outdated. I've never had a problem with one though. My AC went out and they were able to fix it immediately. Parking was bad until they had a special and I got a covered parking spot. I have never received a key fob for the gate that randomly works. The worst part is the people who live near me. No one seems to clean up after their dogs and continuously put trash in the recycling bin. There are several really loud cars that accelerate and make a lot of racket.

The cove

Way to much pot being stored in neighbors apartments. Can smell right thru the vents. Too many police calls to the complex for domestic issues. This was not the case in years past. Too many vehicle playing loud music in parking lot after 12am.

Pool Area

I gave Amenities a three because the pool area is usually left in a mess. Also, the pool like use to come on but it has been dark for about an year now. I like the pool light because when I went to the gym at night the area was well lit up and I could see everything. Made me feel safer.
