Staff was kind. They made some small errors in the leasing process but were accountable. Location isngreat with many things around the area to donand for a great price.

It's Ok

They'll raise your rent by $200 a month no matter what if you renew your lease. Parking is bad if anyone wants to come over. There isn't enough visitor parking and only one car per apartment unless you pay more. Maintenance won't show up for a week or so, even if it is a big issue like AC, lighting, etc. You need to keep hounding them.

The cove

I just moved in but the front office really helped me and my roommate out. Without there help we would of been homeless. And the rent is very reasonable.
