Value Property in Growing Neighborhood

I have lived here for two years and seen the neighborhood (and city) skyrocket in cost of living, while this property has remained below-market and affordable throughout. The location is great. The buildings and units themselves are all older but have been undergoing consistent improvements since moving in. The maintenance crew is top notch and so friendly. Good community add. The biggest con is the office staff. At the end of the day, they don't actually care about you as an individual and have been unwilling to be of any help whenever there has been an issue with my rent or lived experience.

We Love Elliot!

We love Elliot and your maintenance crew! But I do have a complaint about the appliances in my apartment. They are old and always needing maintenance. I know the crew gets out here as soon as they can but I've had to put in more than 1 request for an appliance issue since i've been at this apartment.
