Needs much improvement

People play their music too loud and after 10pm. I here arguments in the apartments around me. Tenants leave trash everywhere. The people above me stomping around, sounds like they’re throwing balls inside, their kids running and wake me up almost nightly between 11pm and 2am.

Would not recommend

Well the building itself was built in 1985 soo the structure is terrible the walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING outside of your unit. The neighbors here are too themselves but there is a lot of NOISE late at night kids yelling 4,5,6, am before the sun is up. The laundry unit is terrible, you need to use a debit card to wash and dry, they don’t work correctly, and take your money. I would never suggest to move here unless you had no where else to go.

Covid Change this Apt.

I used to love this apt. I felt comfortable and the location was great. I felt secure and everything seemed to be comfortable....Then Covid hit. People are louder now. I am constantly waking up at 3 in the morning because a shared apt across from me apparently doesn't have enough keys to accommodate the people living there. On friday September 25, 2020. I saw kids climbing up the building into the pool. For almost 4 months the gate was usually open making the concept of a gated community nil, but probably worst of all, the mailboxes were broken into and I lost my mail for a week while I was away. I loved this apartment, but my entire opinion of this place changed when this pandemic hit.

Speed Bumps are in the wrong places!!!!!!!!!!!

The one-speed bump between bldgs 14 and 15 needs to be moved to the corner left turn as too slow people down. The reason is there are two-speed bumps too close together as you come in at the gate. Also, the back yard at my apt floods when it rains because of all the leaves that clog at the fence. The drain at the sidewalk needs to be widened for the water to flow. The bottom of my yard fence should be removed next to the sidewalk as so the water and leaves can flow on thru, and as to not flood my yard with water. As I now have issues with the siding under the master bedroom window. Which with all the water standing there is probably mold as the ground is green with mold around the area>
