Resident Review

Overall, since moving in Aug 2020 we hve no complaints. There are a few minor things that we would rather not have to deal with, however it comes with apartment home living.

Three GREAT Years

Hello all: Peter here, at 5303. I'm feeling rather emotional, as tomorrow is my last day at Highline. Declining business due to the Pandemic unfortunately brings my tenure here to a close. I have absolutely ZERO COMPLAINTS! I cannot say enough wonderful words about: my community, the neighborhood, the quality of both services and buildings... I'll miss it here!

Customer service

Courtney went above and beyond to take care of us! Our air conditioning unit had stopped working, and maintenance was out the very next to to fix the issue. However, the issue required ordering a new part which would take a few days to ship, and instal. Courtney was a aware of this, and took the time outside of her normal work hours (9pm at night) to go out and purchase a window air conditioning unit to hold us over until the part was installed. Thank you Courtney for the exceptional customer service you provided us.

No concerns for your needs

Work orders never get done. Parking is horrible. The pool closes at 6 which is really early. There’s so many rules but when it comes to work orders... who cares about them?

I have Seen the same garbage for days at the same spot.

As the title says and I Wonder about maintenace schedule in order to have a visit of them. I understand the covid situation, but there’s some issues that requires attention. I Don’t want to take picture of the garbage I have seen evereyday in the same place. The bunches is also another thing that is over its height. Again, it’s so weird!
