Excellent Choice

The move-in is easy and friendly and the place was easily up to par, and then some. Had one issue with a water heater which was handled immediately just outside of an hour of requesting maintenance.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Management and all the staff. You are doing an excellent job. Thank you for always understand and working with me when I have a problem. Maintenance crew is always on top of their game. I never have to wait forever for a responses or for them to take care of something for me. This is the best community living I have experienced. I am glad to say I will look forward to renewing my lease with you all. Oh one more think, kudos to whoever does the monthly events for us all. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!

The Best Staff

We have lived at Fox Hill for almost 2 years. We have decided to move back to Oregon where our family is. We have never rented before but this experience has been so great that we will rent again in Oregon. The staff has taken such good care of us. Every need was addressed immediately. I love this property

I am very pleased with this property and all the staff. I have lived here 20 months and I still have 6 more months on my lease. My building is quite and the grounds are maintain Great!! Maintenance staff takes care of any issues you might have 24 hours a day. The office stay are very friendly and professional. And that means a lot to me. Some places once you move in they no longer speak. I would recommend this property to everyone that isn't loud. It's a very quite area with working adults so if your a party loud all the time person this isn't a good fit for you. The remodeled pool is breath taking. Parking isn't great it a actually sucks like all apartments now days. And the mandatory trash fee I hate!!! I only say that because I work alot and probably only put trash out once every 3 months. I hope this review has helped someone. I highly recommend this as your next place to live.
