Yikes!

So many things wrong with The Muse. Best bet is to not even bother moving here. It's headache after headache after headache. After three years I'm finally moving out. The location is no longer worth the headaches.

renewed for 3rd year in a row

The location and size of the apartments at The Muse are fabulous. However, the walls are very thing, so we are able to hear each step that our upstairs neighbors make... at ALL time. Parking is ideal (when equinox is closed), it would be better if the back lot was monitored for The Muse residents ONLY. Lots of random people seem to park there and then walk up and down South Congress. Amenities are fine, except we haven't been able to access them due to COVID-19.

Muse review Dec 2019

the parking that does not allow free visitor parking without a validation is terrible. the staff are not proactive about keeping us informed as to upcoming or even recent changes in policy. They are however reactive. this year i am able to find many apts in the area with much better value. rent is too high the BnB people have no respect for residents . they treat it likethey do not care if they wake neighbors

Lots of work to do

It's like Roscoe doesn't know how to manage this property properly. Nobody in the office ever answers the phone. They redid the gym and made it smaller so they can add an "arcade" that nobody uses. The water gets shut of randomly at least once a month. Parking is the WORST. The parking situation wasn't broken, so why did y'all attempt to fix it?? The amenities are basically just the pool. The gym is useless and I don't have a dog so the dog areas are useless to me and apparently useless to those that have a dog because there's dog poo everywhere.
