The apartments to compare to

I've lived in the apartment complex for almost 2 years now, and while living here ive had the pleasure to enjoy a quiet environment, great help in customer service and had access to a very nice set of amenities. While its not perfect and i have my gripes with minor issues (will mention below) almost everything with the complex is amazing! With the above said, there have been only three things that either were not ideal or were off. These being: 1. The trash service is not optional, and is not very helpful. While having the valet trash isnt a bad thing, they do not accept any trash if its not in a bag. This is not helpful for when you try to say, clean the leaves in front of your garage and then they dont take the trash at all for multiple weeks and you have to do it yourself. 2. When renewing my lease, the rent for the apartment went up while the overall cost to start living in the complex was lower. My rent renewal offer had gone up by about 200$, where the cost to start a contract as a new tenant was almost that same amount cheaper. Even after mentioning this and asking for the shown amount, i was denied and given a rate that was about halfway between what was shown online and what i was currently paying. 3. The apartment i live in has very low water pressure and after asking maintenance a few times about it to see if it can be fixed, i was told that it was the piping in the building that was causing it. Because of this, there is almost no water pressure specifically to the shower and to get somewhat hot water to shower with i had to sign the waiver for maxing out the temperature on the water heater (its still not that hot, and was told it was again the piping). Aside those three issues, the place is amazing and it has everything someone would want in an apartment. I would still recommend anyone looking to stop by and take a look, just to make sure that they communicate with the front desk as their amazing customer service helped with every problem!

Great experience!

We've had a great experience so far after taking the decision to make to Century Travesia! Staff is friendly is very helpful, maintenance is always on time and going the extra time to make people happy It's a very well taken care of apartment community.

I have been a resident since 2018 and just renewed for another year. That says a lot in and of itself. I have a great open floor plan, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and dark cabinets. The amenities are all there, great location and maintenance crew. The office staff is responsive and genuinely caring people. I have enjoyed living here and have had very few issues with noise, rudeness and uncleanliness. These aprtments are reasonably priced for the area. I highly recommend Century Travesia. However, I can’t speak to what its like having children here. Its been a pleasure for me so far.

Worth The Price

It's a great location, 15 minutes away from the Domain for shopping and 20 minutes away from the downtown Austin. Staff are super friendly and responsive, there were a few minor problems but the maintenance team took care of them in a timely manner where I didn't feel much bothered by them. I would love to extend my lease here!

Exceptional Living Experience Here!

Since we arrived at Century Travesia, we have been extremely happy with the beautiful apartments and the very friendly staff. I have been living here for less than five months, but I can confidently say that I love the kitchen and the spaciousness of the apartments. The reason we decided to move here was because of the yards that some apartments have, which was a must on our list of priorities. I'm definitely impressed with the speed of maintenance requests and the friendly manner in which the workers handle them. There is a thriving dog community here, and our dog Eevee absolutely loves it!
