The Location is Great - Parking after 10pm - not so great.

I love how close to the highway we are. It’s nice to be able to just get out and get going. The biggest complaint I do have is trying to park at night. I get off work at 10pm and don’t have an apartment with a garage or covered area so parking is impossible that time of night. 98% of the time I’m having to pretty much park on the other side of the complex and am having to hike my way back to my apartment. The amenities are nice but with COVID you gotta sign up (which is good) but that means planning ahead versus going to the gym when you really feel like working out. I sure do miss being able to work out in the middle of the night though.

Great place to live!

I love living in this community. Super convenient location - just right across from South Park Meadows and the new HEB Plus on Slaughter. The amenities are fantastic and office staff is all really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values quality and convenience.

I've been living here for a while., and so far it's been great. I do wish they'd improve outside lighting (including carport lighting). It would be nice to feel comfortable and nowadays safe when walking to the gym or walking your dog when it's dark out. Other than that it's been great!
