My suggestions

The overall layout of the apartments is very nice. The grounds are nice. I believe there needs to be upgrades in the actual cosmetics to the inside of the apartments. They need to be cleaned better before tenants move into them. I believe that the laying of the sod was not thawed out completely and that there’s going to be a lot ofstanding water in areas which therefore will accumulate a lot of mosquitoes. I feel there needs to be a playground at the complex in order to a tract more families to move in. I also believe that the gym facilities in the clubhouse need to be upgraded significantly.
