It aint work it

The maintenance people dont know what they are doing. People speed through the parking lot like there are not kids that live here. The trash cans are always over flowing. The model apartment is amazing but the actually apartments are just slapped together. Im pretty sure something is wrong with the foundations because sometimes you can close the doors and sometimes you can't. When people are outside it sounds like they are in your apartment. For some reason you can hear all your neighbors through the vents and also what other people do in their apartment comes through the vents also. So our bathroom and closet always smelled like weed and cigarettes even though we did neither. The apartment are not energy efficient at all so if you dont want a high electric bill this is not the place for you. The office staff is nice but that is about the only perk of this place.
