Staff is not prompt. Unit has multiple issues including roo.

I’m moving soon as lease is up and have refused to refer any friends.

Great! Other than parking...

The apartments themselves are wonderful. I have only had one issue with noise from another apartment, which was resolved quickly. I normally cannot hear anything from other apartments, and that’s awesome! The apartments are conveniently located, and the overall indoor structure is nice. Being able to rent a washer and dryer for $30 a month is a deal one can’t find at most apartments. Now, my only issue is parking- for the first year, we could easily find parking outside our apartment. In recent months, in the evenings, we sometimes find maybe one or two open spaces nearby, but most of the time we have to park on further sides of the complex. It has become such an inconvenience to have to drive around the complex just to find a decently located parking spot. Some cars rarely move, if at all (one car in particular has been stationary for months). Although this seems like a minor problem, after months of the problem it becomes somewhat of a burden, especially seeing cars that will take a single space for several days before leaving.
