Several Year resident
I have lived here for about 3 years and it has been great. It is close to food, and shopping, but sense we are in the city you get noises, but the tree lines help with the noise of the small town. So has a city location but a county feeing to it, office and maintenance have been great when I have had issues which is not been very many, thankful to have lived here and me and my family felt save and comfortable while here!

We love ?? ?? it here.Allisa is a fabulous manager and is spot on. Our maintenance team Jay and Sam are awesome, if something goes wrong they are here,SUPER SUPER RESPECTFUL young men and awesome with all our needs.Wonderful staff here in Springfield Tennessee..we love ?? ?? ?? this team you have here Keep this group they are great workers.

Great management and the maintenance are fabulous, we are completely happy with the folks here we've been welcomed since the first day and love love everyone.
Trying to make better!
I love the food trucks and would like to see more! The nice thing that you do in the office like the Christmas wrapping station is awesome and as appreciated and other things like that, it is not unnoticed that the office does things for their Tenants! Parking is the worst, at other apartments they have stickers, so you know who lives here and they actually go around and patrol to make sure that the cars do have stickers! It’s not fair that we pay our rent and guests take our parking spots. It would be nice to have a bicycle trail for kids and adults, wishful thinking? Maybe spread the love of the grills and picnic area throughout the complex. People leaving things other than trash is ridiculous and I don’t know if you could put cameras out there Or say you did and fine them. It’s not very attractive! Also, I guess the last complaint I have is smoking pot! Maybe the Officer that lives here could do surprise visits, and write people up or call the police Because it’s violation of the lease when you have a baby, it’s not good for them! Y’all are doing a really good job it’s just things that need to be taken care of little by little.. Thank you.

I've lived here 10 years. This is a clean, well-kept community. Maintenance guys are very cheerful and really efficient. Office staff are helpful and friendly. Easy to talk to everyone.
