Happy with everything about my unit and management except if it breaks its a bandaid fix or takes forever to get it right

Nice area

It's a nice property, the neighbors are friendly and each unit has its own parking spaces which is great; there is a pool, though small, and a small dog park. The pricing when we first moved in a few years ago was great, it's slowly getting to be a bit too much though for the area and the lack of amenities. It's still a very nice complex, maintenance is usually prompt, but there's never anyone at the office.

Very happy with my stay here at Chapman’s retreat

Has been a great place to live. They only thing I don’t like is they don’t want you to wash cars. You pay for the water and each Town home has an outdoor faucet. It doesn’t make since to me thst you can’t wash your vehicle.
