Great Management
I’ve been having the worst of luck finding a place in Nashville. Either customer service was horrible, apartment was horrible or the crime surrounding the neighborhood was horrible. The Trails has been great and checked off everything for me. Tessa was so patient with me and helped me get everything I needed to have a roof over my head. For that I’ll forever be thankful! It’s not often you get that type of customer service from people. Thank you!

Use to love it here at The Trails but things have changed!!
Live on bottom floor, apartment above me only have carpet in bedroom. Sounds like people upstairs are walking on my ceiling. Floor cracks so bad you can't get any sleep. Have been complaining about it for over a year or two and nothing has been done and I had to contact outside resources to get something done. Will not renew my lease due to the floor situation. Be sure to check out apartments above you. Also bring all the friends you want to live with you, they don't have to be on the lease! Other than that I use to love it at The Trails.

love this place but i work 3rd shift and not a fan of the dogs that bark all day and keep me awake.
