A Good Place

It's calm cool and collected,everyone minds to their own but are still friendly enough,residents and staff. It's location close to downtown and for the price it cannot be beat. For a single person living in nashville It's a steal at the price offered. Parking can be a bit crazy on my side of the complex but outside of that no real compliants. 100% It's a renovated motel 6 but it's peaceful here.

We have lived here for 3 years now. Its honestly served its purpose. We wanted to move somewhere that allowed us to pay 1 amount for everything. Which Sohana does. Now we have been working on credit and establishing a good thing for ourselves to eventually buy a home.
