One of the most noticeable improvements since my initial move-in is the management team’s heightened responsiveness and dedication to addressing the needs of residents. Whether it’s a minor maintenance issue or a more significant concern, the management at 500 Fifth Apartments has consistently demonstrated a commitment to prompt resolution, ensuring that the living environment remains comfortable and well-maintained.     The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are amazing, but our cars being broken into is not a good situation to be in, Maybe we shoukd invest in some gates surrounding all areas. Especially knowing the area the apartments were built.

    I have lived here for 9 months now and I have no regrets. It's very safe, clean, and well-maintained. I have also had no issues with parking. Staff are personable and responsive to your needs. Amenities are good and I have no complaints. I also appreciate the monthly activities for residents that they thoughtfully organize. The Hume house package room could do with a little bit more organizing but, aside from that, I LOVE IT HERE!!

    Being new to Nashville, the location we lived in was very important to us and living at Atlas in Germantown has really elevated our experience here so far. The apartment is in a prime location with every amenity you could as for. We are coming up on 1 year and would love to stay!
