Applying was easy. I have to wait 2 months to move in due to COVID but I’m excited to move in. I keep reading bad reviews about these apartments but I’m hoping my experience is different.

Maintenance

The maintenance do not do their job. A week Before the office closed due to the virus, I told them more than once that my heat nor air would come on. I have to warm my apt using the stove and a space heater and when it gets warm, i have to open windows and wasp and other flying insects are able to come in. Please fix this matter because I’m paying for an apt that isn’t working properly.

I really enjoy living at Mt. Moriah. The office staff is helpful and it has quickly become home! I highly recommend living here.
