I like the apartment overall, however, we have had many problems with our HVAC unit. It has more or less gone out twice and has yet to be fixed or replaced to have results for more than 3 days. This has been roughly a two week process so far and still waiting for what the next steps are. The communication from the complex about this has been a bit lacking. Overall, the maintenance has been great and the maintenance man who has been coming out has been extremely pleasant and willing to help.
