We rented an apartment at Amberleigh Bluff for our son who was moving from Chicago to Knoxville to attend the grad school. It was a very stressful time for us, because we are not familiar with the area and because we couldn’t come and see apartments. I am so happy that we signed the lease with Amberleigh Bluff! To say that those people who work in the office are nice and accommodating is understatement. Especially I would like to recognize Amy and Kelly because they were patient and nice enough to respond to every question I had, and, crazy me, I bothered them multiple times with the most ridiculous questions. On a top of everything, they arranged all furniture that was ordered and delivered prior to my son’s move, to be brought inside of the unit. Who else does it? When we helped to move my son, picky me, I noticed that his stove was not stable enough and was shaking a little bit. The maintenance guy (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), came within 15 minutes and immediately fixed it, while smiling. In conclusion I would like to express my gratitude to all people who work there, who take care of our son’s needs and who create such a positive atmosphere! I am so excited that I found this apartment community and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you, Amberleigh, for creating a home for our son!

Truly Resort Living - I'm still on vacation here!

After losing my job, my husband and I decided to move out of NJ with the high cost of living and find a less stressful place to relocate. We fell in love with Knoxville, but then had the daunting task of finding the right home. I spent months researching everything I could on line. We chose the West Knoxville area due to the low crime, but then took a closer look at specific apartments. Our concerns were about safety, amenities, smoke free apartments, maintenance, noise levels and resident reviews. After narrowing down our top 10, we drove out to Knoxville to check out the winning contenders. Let me just say, reviews can be very deceiving! The highest rated for the area at the time (I wont mention any names) was a dump. The model apartment they showed us had cobwebs and peeling paint right at the entrance. It was filthy and run down. The photos on line must have been when they first opened 30 years ago. Before continuing, I will tell you a little more about us. We are in our mid 40's with a 17 year old cat and no children. Our goal was to find a quiet, non-smoking, pet friendly apartment. We had never lived in an apartment, but after 17 years of homeownership, we wanted to try care-free living. We were most concerned about smells and sounds in an apartment. After about 7 out of the 10 apartments, we finally visited Amberleigh Bluff and I was shocked that after all the research, this one had not come up as the number one contender. We walked through the beautiful resort like grounds and fell in love. As we entered the clubhouse, we were sucked in by the beautiful, open lounge area with a huge screen TV and a pool table. To the right, we noticed a coffee nook with free coffee and fresh baked cookies as well as free wifi for the residents. The grounds are really well kept. It is obvious that everyone takes pride in the community. Amberleigh Bluff is a beautiful gated community. Love My Community

Keep up your standard and good service

We had stayed here for an year. Want to thank all the staff members n name the few Lakenya, Stephen, Amy, Jacqlin, Lee etc for excellent service they provide. We were so happy to choose this place to stay. Maintenance staff was ever ready to help you when needed. I would recommend everyone to stay here and would myself stay here in future if i am in Knoxville .Thanks
