Great but no amenities

My only complaint is the lack of amenities. The only grassy area was taken out to make longer parking spots? But didn't actually add any spots. There isn't much room to add amenities but a little area to sit outside would be nice. Other than that the staff is super nice and responds quickly. Most issues are resolved quickly by friendly maintenance personnel.

Not worth the money

Apartments are newly rennovated and clean. However, there are very few amenities for the price and any time I have attempted to use the washers/dryers they leave my clothes sopping wet or simply do not work. Landlord is very difficult to get in touch with and took over a month and three maintenance requests to respond about a semi-urgent maintenace issue. Was also told we would recieve a discount on rent due to a faulty appliance, only to then be told it was wired incorrectly but fuctional enough to revoke the discount. Additionally, about a third of the parking spots (the ones next to buildiny C) have been turned into paid parking spots for two cars which must be leased. Since then, I have seen no one parking there and they are just empty unusable spots, which is somewhat irritating as they are closest to unit c and other parking is often times full. For the small size, lack of amenties, and lack of reachability of the landlord I would say it is not worth the price (especially since the rent has recently gone up).

Decent

The scene provides clean apartments. Difficult to get in contact with staff. Off-site laundry, no dishwasher.

Decent

Maintenance and staff are unreachable unless it involves something concerning themselves. Separate building for laundry—costs money even though most machines haven’t worked. Some washers won’t drain the water and some dryers won’t stop running assuming they start in the first place. Good location and clean apartment. Price seems a little high for how small it is and how few amenities are provided.

Honest review

A lot of money for poor amenities and location. It is hard to work with staff and maintenance. Neighbors are nice.
