Great place to live!

Best apartment complex in Johnson City! Location is great and the layout of the complex is spacious and clean. More amenities than anywhere else. Extremely friendly and caring staff. They go above and beyond to help your experience be the best it can be. Highly recommend this complex!

Not the best value

Staff can be rude and difficult to work with. Unreliable services, especially "on call" officer. Great amenities but not worth the price tag.
