Needs Improvement

Management has changed every year, maintenance leaves a mess; handprints on walls, lights on, issues not fixed, landscaping is not kept up, outside of buildings not kept up.

Watch the fees

The fees for garbage is $54 per month. $25 for pick up at door which is not voluntary and $27 for dumpster fee. Plus and fees for signing up for water and garbage.
