Needs Improvement

Management staff has changed atleast 4 times in two years. The mandatory $27 trash fee is THE most ridiculous charge I've seen in 10 years of renting when they are two dumpsters onsite. Brown recluse spiders in apartment after being 'sprayed'. However you can't spray for them because they are in the walls and piping and still an issue inside apartment. Received notice that parking lot was going to be repaved; it was resealed not repaved. Renters are able to have any number of dogs, 3 dogs barking in multiple units at once is beyond annoying. The walls are thin and conversations can be heard beside and below. The yards have trash in them, shrubs have no mulch and are dying.
