From day one the manager lied to us about everything that I could have because I had open heart surgery promised I could get my tub made into a shower . We put our request in in front of her Erica. Never happened. Said the doors were going to be painted for everyone never happened. Water pressure is very low was going to have water company come out to check never happened or fixed. Won’t change light balbs. She yells at you instead of talking about any situation. Just Mean. I have every certified Clevland I pd rent. But portal always said over 1600 owed. Wrong have bank statements also. Very incompetent.

Been here for 5 years. It's very accomadating for us older folks but there is a lot of turnover. My neighbor has a loud mouth and i can hear her when she talks albeit the walls are thin.
