Beautiful Complex
I like to commend management and the seriousness of maintaining a clean and beautiful complex. From penalties for not picking up your dog poop to making sure the chlorine level is on point in the pool. This is in reference to a news story I saw early this morning where tenants of an apt. complex (in the Gultch) are dealing with infestation of bugs because their trash compressor is broken and yet to be fixed thus causing the trash to pile up INSIDE the building(s) due to the inside trash chutes are full. Thanks for keeping looking good. Also, shout out to the landscaping and maintenance engineers and the valet disposal company.
Very Good Place
I began living here in April of 23. During the application process the staff was extraordinary. Tiffany was responsive and answered all of my questions. Since I move constantly for work moving is usually a stressful experience, however this was actually the most pleasant moving and leasing experience I've had in recent memory. The unit and grounds are nice, well maintained, and I like the friendliness of the residents here. For the area, its a great location being in close proximity to the bypass and walkable to a few restaurants and a shopping center. I would certainly recommend this complex to others.
