Quiet and beautiful
The apartments are in a beautiful location and are well maintained. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, with little to no outside traffic to disrupt things. The view of the lake is amazing and everything in Chattanooga is right within reach.
Can be better
We have lived here for less than a year. The gym has decent equipment but the bike is unusable because of a subscription that is needed and the rower is broken. The laundry machines are outdated and could use an update.
Great location
I love the apartment floorplan and the location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very good. My only negative is the landscaping. It needs some attention. Thank you.
Frequent management changes
Frequent water shut off’s. Difficult to keep second maintenance person, so primary maintenance man cannot complete non urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner. For some reason there is frequent management turnover. Otherwise ok place to live. Great location and scenery of the lake.
LOVE
My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and are signing the lease for a third year. It is relayively quiet, beautiful views, and pretty awesome ammenities. The staff has been incredible and helpful since the day we moved in. The maintenance team is also amazing and has helped us in a VERY timely manner regardless of the issue!
