Lots to be Desired

These apartments are too expensive and in too prime a location for residents to put up with some things. There should be security at night to deter car break ins both in the lot (that's too far away) and in the garage. There should be designated smoking areas away from the building for residents AND STAFF to take their smoke breaks. There should be some semblance of guest parking. There should be more security cameras. There should be open and honest communication whenever there is an infraction where police are involved. There should be masks mandated in hallways for residents, guests, and STAFF, because - surprise - hallways and elevators are confined public areas. Staff should be courteous, amicable, welcoming, and friendly to ALL RESIDENTS - not just the ones they are familiar with. There is very much a sentiment that because this is an apartment building, everything is temporary and no one takes ownership. Some residents simply don't care to leave a space in the same or better condition than they found it. Some staff members give the impression that whatever happens after office hours is not of their concern because they don't live here. Nice amenities and a great location are not the only factors that make people want to re-sign leases. Yes, there was a complete overhaul of previous office staff. Yes, there have been updates to the property itself. But that doesn't excuse anything mentioned previously. If the office fails to provide the same customer service across the board, I'd rather rent go toward a security guard than paying the wages of people who do not greet folks with kindness, smoke near building entrances, are rude to residents online, and are constantly combative when suggestions are offered. More can and should be done.

The office staff is very thoughtful and great to work with. The maintenance staff has incredible response time and they are incredible people (Adam rocks!!). The apartment unit is very nice and we love living here. There are some antics on our floor with residents being unprofessional and discourteous to other residence.
