Atmosphere
I had a chance to tour this property with Ania who was super sweet and went above and beyond! We had an absolutely amazing interaction while walking the community, but inside the office seemed to get tense or what I saw as intimidated as she tried introducing me to office staff. ..... As a person of color its easy to feel small in certain environments especially if you are a reminded. I truly hope she finds a place that will value her hard work and efforts and I will surely follow her!
