Satisfactory building run by US-based management company
Building has been serviced by only 1 elevator for the last 3-4 years. 2nd elevator has only come on-line in last month or so - neither has inspection for safety/function certificates displayed as required by law. Staff in office present only a few days a week. The only good thing is the one-person maintenance staff - Kurt - prompt service and works wonders with limited resources made available by management company.

Elevator
Having one elevator for the past 2 years to transport 21 floors of tenants yet management still books move in/move outs during peak rush hour times on weekdays. IE: 4:00-6:00. Totally unacceptable. The current tenants apparently don't matter. And really tired of reading "we look forward to the 2nd elevator in the near future". That's been said for how many months now? Apparently "near future" is anywhere from 2-4 years.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, we do our best to accommodate everyone but this particular instance you have mentioned - their moving company was late which caused a small delay, but I was at the office and the delay caused by move of furniture was intermittent and not extended. We are in the final stages with the next new elevator. TSASK inspection is complete and they are working out any final steps now with OTIS. - Your Marquis Towers Team
Elevator
We have had one elevator for over three years in a twenty two story building. The one elevator that does work is constantly breaking down due to overuse. I have elderly neighbours with walkers who rely on the elevator and often get stuck in the lobby waiting for someone to come fix it when it breaks down. It’s ridiculous.
