Trying to get through this review while busy tryibg yo work lol. Nicor is great no complaints staff is excellent. We appreciate being able to just look after the house ourselves but also that we get help right away when we need it. Jay is awesome.

Staff are great, maintenance is prompt, the house is old so there are many things about it that take getting used to, and require adjustments on our part… and the area is transitional so there are things that we need to be aware of and look out for as a family with you g boys, because of that, but overall its perfect for our family so we are happy to overlook any issues, maintain as much as we can ourselves, and overall take care of the house and treat it like our own as much as possible.
