overall pretty good

like location , natural flooring of history and open space plus who doesn't love that your in middle of amazing city with a great price live.

It's okay if you stay inside your own apartment

Pros: -Very nice inside actual apartments -utilities included in rent -support animals allowed -maintenance requests resolved in timely manner -can barely ever hear neighbors Cons- -parking is a block away -carpets in hallways on each floor are disgusting -main floor was flooded on carpet and it wasn't replaced and now smells -property manager turnover is crazy frequent
