Overall, I think the property is a great value. There is little to no noise and the property manager is responsive. I also like the location.

Some good some bad.

It's a nice location with nice amenities. The parking is lacking. Not nearly enough slots and some abandoned cars. Maintenance on big things is fast but little things are not getting done. Needs bike racks. Staff are friendly and helpful but very busy. I would recommend it to others. More affordable than many places.
