My observations

The grounds have been left to weeds, bare patches, and broken concrete. Volunteer trees sprouting from the window wells and no summer groundskeeping other than an occasional mow and blow. The rent keeps going up and the conditions mentioned just keep deteriorating every year. A jewel, it is not. Quiet, it is.

Smoking smell (cigarettes, etc.)

My only complaint is that since I moved in I can, occasionally, smell cigarette smoke or other smells which are definitely second hand smoke in my apartment. This is a smoke free complex and it is very annoying. I would appreciate if you investigate this or at least give a notice regarding to this. Thanks, Shahab
