I have been here one year and the staff are absolutely amazing! The grounds are kept up and it keeps up to a well established curb appeal. The only thing I would change is the thickness of the walls but besides that it has been a very pleasant expierence this far.

I have lived at Lacey Village from 2020 when they were built. The management has been five star service and very helpful. I absolutely love my townhouse!!

Lacey village townhomes
I have lived here since they were first built. If i have had any issues with maintenance or requests, they respond in a timely manner. Management are very friendly and understanding. Different occasions i have received a personal Thankyou card for just being a good tenant and how they appreciate me. That is a great feeling when you a nice card to just say you are appreciated.
