Good location, better pricing

Living here for 12 years now, love my townhouse. Good location, across the street from Kuehn Park and swimming pool, also Roosevelt High School! Management is nice and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently..

Decent living space

I enjoy being in a development thats family friendly and so close to my childs school. My two complaints are not being allowed to have two parking passes or use two parking spots or use my garage for storage space and to park mt vehicle.

Best leasing manager

The leasing manager is one of the most professional, respectful and reliable managers I’ve e seen in a looong time. She cares about the property and every time I see her she’s working and I don’t mean just sitting behind a desk. No matter what is asked of her she always come through in a timely manner.
