It's a decent place to live. The rent keeps getting expensive For a small place like this with no updates. The parking is not very good.

I've lived here for 2 years and there have been 3 resident portals. With the most recent resident portal, I am unable to set up automatic payments and have gotten a $70 late fee that I wouldn't have gotten through either of the other resident portals you have used.
