I live on the third floor and it is incredibly quiet. As well, I can tell the building was built right by the way my apartment stays hot/cold with little use of the heating or cooling units.

Lived here about a year and a half. Like the modern appliances and styling of the rooms, decent elevator/stair placement, and never had an issue with parking. I'm not a real estate expert but i feel the smaller apartments could be cheaper. The garbage is very far away for most people living here, other than those living on the far west side. Perhaps it would be more convenient for most if it was between the two south side garages.

I enjoy living here. Rent amount is fair in my opinion. Parking is good and i dont hear any loud noises or disturbances from my fellow tenants. I strongly recommend this apartment complex.
