Convenient Location and quiet
I have lived here for 2 years and have had no complaints. Its a quiet neighborhood, and everyone is respectful. The office staff is nice and gets me the information i need. Parking can get a little tight some times, but called the office to get a garage and that took care of my issue. Love living here.
convenient location but needs improvements
Have lived here several years. It used to be prompt repairs to the facility, staff in the office during normal working hours, and good value for the dollar. The appearance of the buildings and grounds has gone downhill a lot. Prices increased significantly and feel like the increase went to support our friendly Friday get togethers. Only a few residents can take part in that due to their schedules but all of us are paying for their fun & we would rather keep prices in line for everyone. Dogs are a major problem frequently. Parking is the worst it's ever been. No place to park, bumpers repeatedly over the sidewalk, vehicles parked in handicap & no parking/loading zones. Far more apartment inspections than in the past but they never seem to figure out that furnace filters are not always replaced as they say. Really disappointed that management & ownership priorities have slipped to this level.
