Yay or Nay

I’ve been here 6 yrs and have seen tremendous changes. I will say it started off great but for now I’m not loving it anymore. You put in maintenance request and they aren’t acknowledged or completed. The office staff does not keep up with any paperwork turned in and expect you to repeatedly turn in the same things over and over.

Still no dishwasher

Waiting over 12 months for a dishwasher then to be told multiple different reasons why it's not here yet is very frustrating. Also if covid restrictions have eased up why don't I have regularly scheduled pest control and filter changes?

A Change

The trash is verry bad out side every day they have to pick up trash. Some of the people do not care about this place it could be a verry nice to live here But the new staff is doing a great job to get this place back in order and getting the Riff Raff out. Thank you
