Nice Facility

The station is a nice facility and nice location in Summerville however, the price is a bit high for what amenities you receive.

Maintenance

The experience here is good very layed back but we had drain problems ac problems. Dishwasher stopped working as well as the garbage desposal and I kept leaving reports for them to come fix it and never got a reply

Enjoyable place to live

The only thing I dislike about Summerville Station is that if you are on the 1st floor, whomever lives above you provides you with thuds and thumps as they walk around. Not very well insulated.
