Summerville Station is a wonderful place to call home alot of friendly individual office and maintenance staff is soooooo amazing they work so hard they listen attentively to your complaint then to they assist it's a amazing

Nice Facility

The station is a nice facility and nice location in Summerville however, the price is a bit high for what amenities you receive.

Maintenance

The experience here is good very layed back but we had drain problems ac problems. Dishwasher stopped working as well as the garbage desposal and I kept leaving reports for them to come fix it and never got a reply
