Love living here. Amenities are great; maintenance team is AMAZING (shout out to Rick); all parts of Riverwind has been great. I plan to live here for as long as I can!

High rent for mediocre facility

The overall location is good and outside aminieties favorable; however, my first apartment had a bad smell and the second unit I relocated to was not much better. Rent was outrageous for what I recieved and it seemed like I could never get a the rent staight. It seemed to vary every month because of some "extra" charge that was not discussed or explained. The electronic payment system was never correct and then I recieved notices for late payments when I was very prompt on my payments or at least what I thought my payment was supposed to be. Overall, the staff was okay, but trying to keep up with the additional charges was frustrating and I just gave up and paided what they stated I owed. I also routinely saw huge roaches outside the building (on board walks) but I only saw one or two that made it into the apartment. The train and car/road noise in the front apartments was somewhat annoying, but I am a light sleeper and these noises would routinely wake me up throughout the night.
